Jessica Sterling, creator of Jessie Beans Handmade Accessories, is a Seattle based indie designer who specializes in all things accessories (of course!). With a passion for sewing, creation and crafts, she started out making wristbands for herself and her friends in her teen years with pipe dreams of one day having her own business and Voila! Jessie Beans was soon born. She jumped on board with the Seattle indie craft scene and is a member of the Seattle Craft Mafia as well as the all-girl artist co-op, Girl Seattle. She is also involved with Seattle’s monthly indie craft showcase, I Heart Rummage, where you can often find her behind a table of goodies she has made (and she loves to DJ for IHR when she’s not selling!). She also often teaches classes locally at Pacific Fabrics and Crafts and loves to share her knowledge and love of making individualized awesome stuff!
